What is a Lead Assessor?
Fully conversant in specific business sectors and specialising in Service Sector organisations, a Lead Assessor may be required if an organisation is of a certain size, to lead the team of Assessors. Smaller organisations require an individual Assessor and as little as a one or part day visit to carry out the assessment on site. Preparation and planning plus review of documentation may be carried out off site in advance.
