Will the assessment be tailored to my business and sector?
The assessment is to the international standard but MQA ’s approach is to assess rather than audit an organisation. MQA Assessors, who are amongst the most respected, take time to get to know your business by observing you and your colleagues to establish successful assessment. The Assessors involved will have experience in your field of operation.

What is the cost of Assessment?
The benefits to your business out-way any cost. MQA need to have a full understanding of your business requirement to provide a formal quote. Much depends on the size of your organisation and how many employees you have. An organisation chart from you enables us to discuss your required Scope of Accreditation, thus plan who we will need to interview and the time taken. A quote can then be calculated and presented.

Are the Assessments paper driven?
MQA ’s assessments are not paper driven. We place considerable emphasis on assessing the effectiveness of your business process in evaluating and meeting the needs of your customers.
