The MQA 01 Specification for Marketing, Sales and Customer Assurance is a proven process for improving Business Performance.

MQA is a UKAS accredited international third party certification organisation which provides specialist assessment and training services to companies wishing to develop effective management quality systems for their Marketing, Sales and Customer Service activities.

The MQA 01 Specification for Marketing, Sales and Customer Assurance was published in 1990 following extensive international research into 'Best Practice' which involved contributions from many leading Practitioners and Academics.
