Mission Statement

MQA will provide a certification service perceived by its customers to be of the highest quality by continually examining their needs, expectations and preferences and meeting them.

Management Policy

Achievement of improved quality will be the result of management action, total involvement of all personnel in the company and teamwork. We will continually improve our capabilities through education, training and communication.

MQA operates a formal system which meets the requirements of EN 45012, EN 29001, ISO 9001 and National Accreditation Councils. The system is implemented by MQA personnel, whether employees or sub-contractors.

Activities to assure our quality are co-ordinated by the Managing Director, Operations.
