A one-day course designed to give a general understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. (The ne updated version of the standard launched in November 2008)



Understanding the MQA 01 Specification for Marketing, Sales and Customer Assurance
A one-day course designed to give an understanding of how ISO 9001 can be applied to the functions of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service by using the MQA 01 Specification.

Project Management and Implementation of a Quality System
