Hospitality Assured – Meetings (HA-M)
The Standard for Service & Business Excellence for Conference Centres and Event Organisations
Who will benefit? All conference centres, event organisations and service providers considering applying for Hospitality Assured Accreditation.
Duration: 1 Day
(Typically 9.30am with lunch and breaks concluding at 5pm)
Location: A specified location (hotel or conference centre)
Summary: This Workshop, run by MQA Ltd - the Assessment Body - is designed to help companies understand what is needed to achieve HA-M Accreditation.

In particular, the requirements in the HA-M Standard are explained in a step-by-step basis to ensure that participants understand the evidence that they will need to gather in order to meet the minimum criteria for Accreditation.

Objectives: By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
understand the requirements of the HA-M Standard in practical, no nonsense terms
implement the actions required to meet the Standard in their own company
document suitable procedures in an appropriate format
